Application Instructions

Our application process consists of a number of stages:

Online application form – Please answer the application questions carefully. They help us understand what motivates you and they allow you to demonstrate knowledge of our company and the markets we work in.

We want you to show us that you have a firm grasp of the many challenges our industry faces and opportunities we have for growth. Use examples that are relevant to our industry, that show you have a detailed understanding of the markets we operate in and display you see the bigger picture.

We are looking for more than just an interest in materials and how they work. We want you to demonstrate leadership potential to us. Use examples that clearly show you have a can do attitude with excellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills.

Successful applicants will then be invited to complete:

• Online verbal and numerical reasoning tests
• A pre-assessment online psychometric questionnaire
• An assessment centre (consisting of an interview; a presentation and a business exercise).
