Devin Stauffer - Application Engineer

I joined Morgan AM&T as an Application Engineer in January 2007 after having graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Immediately following graduation, I worked on US Naval projects at BPMI near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania until joining the Morgan team as an Application Engineer, based out of our St. Marys, Pennsylvania facility. This position in our Seal & Bearing group provides excellent exposure to all aspects of the business: Sales, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Operations. I actually get to be part of the team that provides technical assistance to our customers and organically grow our business.

Additionally, because of Morgan’s global foot print, my network extends far beyond the United States. Each day brings a new experience for me to absorb that I can add to my ‘backpack’. I find the people of Morgan around the world to be helpful, insightful, and eager to move Morgan forward.

I am now nearing the completion of my MBA through Penn State as part of my career development plan that Morgan is helping me to achieve. The experiences I have had at Morgan and the learning I am being supported with are providing me with the toolkit to be a future leader in the company.
